  • Driving the creative concepts for 21 of Bauer’s brands across multiple platforms and to schedule.

  • Raising app ratings across the portfolio through effective design and utilising video

  • Creative lead in a campaign which converted 100k subscribers to upgrade

  • Conceptualised and rolled out the visual identity for our Rewards packages with an open rate above the industry average.

  • Created a multichannel campaign for the Country Walking app which acquired 600 new sign ups in a week

  • Championing voice for creativity and design excellence in Bauer UK’s Next Level Leaders programme and as Cultural Champion for our London office.

Tasked with forming the Design Hub in 2014, it was soon established as a creative multidisciplinary resource for Bauer marketing and the senior leadership team.
